“WHO TOOK MY CHALK?™” is a comprehensive education program like no other.  The following steps are created to walk a school through the change process:
 

1. The EdVenture Group assesses the school’s status in the 21st Century Change Process and learns about the overarching factors that make the school unique through on-line surveys for the Principal and staff and through the initial coaching interview with the Principal.

2. The school participates as a team in a one day face to face training session held at their school.  Participants learn about 21st Century tools and skills and determine a strategy for creating a 21st Century Learning Environment. The focus is on understanding the change process, setting and achieving goals and practicing coaching skills.

3. Throughout the entire process, the principal receives professional coaching by a nationally certified executive and life coach.  Principals also have the option to extend this service to their assistant principals as part of the customized support.

4. Teachers return to their classrooms to put into place their plans for 21st Century Learning.  Teachers are paired to coach and provide support and accountability to one another.

5. The EdVenture Group provides ongoing support and motivation to the school through 21st Century communication tools.  Participants have access to a website with resources and forums to collaborate and discuss the progress they are making toward their goals.
