Creating a Coaching Based System

This program is designed to help companies use coaching as a central part of the performance appraisal process.  The objectives of the program are to 1) assist managers in effectively performing and delivering performance evaluations using coaching skills; 2) provide managers with tools for year-around performance appraisal of employees; and 3) provide managers with tools for employee goal setting and follow up throughout the year between annual reviews.
