Coaching
Classroom reinforcement is one way to ensure that new skills are transferred to and used in the classroom. Our educational coaches spend time in the classroom one-on-one with teachers or with small groups of teachers helping them apply skills in the environment they are most comfortable with-their own classroom. Our coaches will assess what tools are available to the teachers in the classroom, then help them apply those tools to the fullest extent.
Our coaches can help teachers overcome the barriers they face in using 21st Century tools and techniques by demonstrating skills and modeling 21st Century behavior.
