21st Century Coaching
21st Century coaching allows our expert coaches to provide hands on professional development and mentoring to a specific group or all of the teachers in a one on one setting within the school. Our coaches will work with teachers in their school during free periods, planning periods, or even during class time with students to implement 21st Century Skills in the classroom. The following packages include a kick-off training that helps teachers define their needs, coaching sessions to follow up on those needs and tools to enhance internal communication and facilitate collaboration in the school.
